Had problems with the people at the front desk, right from the start. Bed uncomfortable. Breakfast was nothing to shout at. Not much there. The cinnamon waffles were off the chain. But alas it doesn't make up for everything else being off. You travel over 3 hours and you come to this. The hotel next to the waffle House across the Highway was. 4 stars oh yeah.

Stayed here 1 night last week and my American Express was subsequently compromised. I'm a long time Hilton Honors member and I was on high alert when the lady booking my room over the phone said "My payment information was not pulling up on my Honors account and I would have to give her the card information". I reluctantly did so even knowing that this card was tied to my Hiltons account and I shouldn't have to but I did because it was late, I had been driving for over 10 hrs and I was too tired to continue. I haven't used this card since September when I took a trip to Hawaii so there is no other way it could have become compromised. In my 42 yrs I've never fallen victim because I'm no idiot and my spidy senses are on point! (I locked my card immediately after the transaction) Never again Hampton Inn of Natchitoches! I will be following up by contacting Hilton headquarters in Virginia!

NOT typical hampton coffee, room stayed cool/cold couldn't turn heat up was controlled,VERY AGGRAVATING toilet tissue the cheapest. One chair in room Room was clean, good beds help was wonderful.

Like any other Hampton Inn. Nothing exceptional, and nothing to complain about. It is exactly what you would expect it to be. While the location is convenient, it is a good 5 miles away from the old town centre.

It was not my first time staying here. The first time was great, a nice spacious room. Tried a (2) queen room this time. It's not the best experience this time overall, but I'm hopeful it's a one-off.

Stayed at this Hampton for 4 days when we checked in the little gal that checked us in had no personality didn't even say hello I went to ask her a question , she handed me my keys turn around and walked away told manager about it the manager came over and talked to us and was very apologetic and sorry one thing we did notice about the manager we asked her we said what's your motto on the door and she couldn't even tell us she said that's something about making sure you're happy ,on another note breakfast staff was phenomenal 👌.
